Trust architecture / 01

The model is allowed to write.
The sources decide what it can say.

Lawyer AI Lab is designed to prepare and inform—not to impersonate professional judgment.

01

Jurisdiction before generation

The system identifies the governing country and region before it retrieves sources or generates a response. Uncertainty triggers questions—not assumptions.

02

Closed source shelf

Legal propositions must come from the reviewed source pack supplied to the model. The model is not permitted to rely on remembered law.

03

Visible review dates

Every live pack carries a review date, source owner, subject boundary, and change-monitoring record.

04

Human boundary

Personalized strategy, final deadlines, document filing, legal opinions, and outcome predictions are reserved for a qualified professional.

05

No silent confidence

If sources conflict, coverage is incomplete, or a question falls outside the pack, the assistant declines the legal conclusion and helps prepare a human handoff.

06

Private by design

The preview keeps uploaded files in browser memory only. Production document storage will require encryption, access controls, retention choices, and regional privacy review.
